We have a great opportunity available for someone who would like to help us deliver `Springboard` which is a structured programme offering support to women offenders across Warwickshire.
About the service
Springboard is a service funded by Warwickshire and West Mercia Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) to meet the needs of the female offenders on their case load.
About the role
As a Women`s Justice worker you will be part of a small team delivering a specifically designed programme of support which focusses on self-esteem, emotions management, boundaries, communication skills and healthy relationships among others.
You will be working with a complex client group to promote and deliver the Springboard programme to meet the needs of these women and help them build the skills to move away from a life of crime. You will be responsible for achieving clear outcomes using a strengths based approach through facilitating discussions and activities in a group setting. You will also be required to deliver support one to one where deemed appropriate.
Contract and working hours
Days are Mon-Fri, hours are flexible, this can be discussed at interview
We are looking for someone confident at running groups and delivering specialist support to a complex client group; you should be enthusiastic and have knowledge of diversity and equality in the work place.
