This is a varied and interesting multi skilled role, you will be responsible for:
PPMs
Reactive maintenance
Lighting
Power
Alarm systems
Daily checks
AHU
FCU
Plumbing
Mechanical maintenance, filters, heat exchangers
Every day will be different in this varied and interesting role in NW London.
Profile
We are looking for:
NVQ/City and Guild level 3 qualified maintenance electricians
17th/18th edition
Maintenance experience of both electrical and mechanical/plumbing
Immediately available for work
Local to the Wembley area
Driving licence
DBS checked/or can be checked
