Responsive Personnel are working with a well known client based in Southport that are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives working in fast paced environment.
Role – Warehouse Operative
Salary – £8.72 per hour
Position – Temp to perm
Shifts – 8.45am – 6.00pm (5 days over 7 Rota’d.)
This role is initially on a temporary basis but will progress to a permanent role for the right candidates.
The role involves working in the warehouse section of a leading furniture store and therefore will involve some face to face interaction with customers and very heavy lifting so you must be physically fit.
Main duties will include:
Moving furniture (often heavy) within a small warehouse / store
Working as part of a small team
Being presentable as you may be speaking with customers
Loading / Unloading vans
Van driving including local deliveries
Suitable candidates will need to be comfortable with heavy lifting and have a full UK Driving License (maximum of 6 points) and safety shoes.
You will be working on a rota of 5 days from 7 shifts.
