Student System Programme Transition manager opportunity to join a well known University in Southern England.
The Student System Programme (SSP) are looking for a Transition Manager to join their team. This role will be supporting one of the most significant strategic programmes within the University and working alongside an experienced Programme Manager and project delivery team.
You will lead the successful transition of the SITS platform from Programme to BAU operations, ensuring that the new services have a fully developed end to end support structure in place, including processes, SLAs, KPIs, WLAs and BSS monitoring. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring the decommissioning of services deemed end of life as a result of the implementation of the new platform. You will need to be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, and manage your time efficiently and effectively across multiple areas of work. You will be responsible for the transition and decommissioning plan creation, and monitoring and reporting of deliverables to ensure successful completion of planned activities to schedule. You should respond well to working under pressure and enjoy being part of a team.
Experience of enterprise system service transition management is essential. Knowledge of HEI is highly desirable.
