Training Manager (Cleaning)
Wigan, Mobile
25-27.5k per annum, plus vehicle
We are currently working alongside the Local Authority to recruit a Training Manager on a full-time basis throughout the Wigan borough.
The Training Manager will be responsible for the set up and ongoing management of training, development and quality of cleaning staff throughout the Wigan area
Key Responsibilities include;
Ensure compliance with all company & site-specific policies, procedures & processes including P&C, H&S & operational.
Deliver training of all frontline and existing cleaning staff
Conduct audits alongside the client
Identify new opportunities for better ways of working, to include best practice from industry innovation & individual insight for future growth.
Develop & maintain professional & proactive business relationship with the day to day client’s representatives promoting the Company & development of services.
Monitor costs & report and identified discrepancies to senior management team in a timely manner.
Ensure timely & accurate completion of all documentation & monthly reports.Ideal Candidate;
Experience in delivering training to cleaning staff across multiple sites
Strong H&S and compliance knowledge
Proven experience of establishing stakeholder relationships and achieving sustained operational
Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to problem solve and make decisions.
Ability to work on own initiative & drive improvement & change as necessary.
