TRAINEE LETTINGS AGENT

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a multi award-winning estate and letting agent in the heart of Birmingham. The business is now seeking TWO Letting Consultants to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a business who pride themselves on offering a high-quality service to their clients. This is the perfect role for a fresh Graduate who is driven and highly motivated looking to pursue a career within real estate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for registering, qualifying and booking viewings (virtually and physically) for applicants
Monitor and successfully match qualified applicants to the right properties via the applicant database
Negotiating the best possible rent for clients and ensuring special conditions are clearly defined and agreed
Managing admin, bookings and viewings in a timely manner
Inputting relevant information onto database and managing the holding deposit payments
Reporting back on lettings to the wider team and the Associate Director on a weekly basisTHE PERSON:

Previous experience of working in lettings or a customer service/sales role
Passionate individual who wants to pursue a career in real estate
Knowledge of Birmingham city centre
Strong administration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and towards deadlines
Eagerness and desire to learn and develop
