Temporary Part-time Admin Assistant required to cover maternity leave.
The role of the Administrator Assistant is to provide support to the directors PA. The role requires this person to be comprehensive and professional at all times, previous admin or pa experience and ideally have experience working with Sage.
Reporting to the PA daily and providing ad hoc assistance
Invoice input into SAGE (utilities and shop stock invoices – to be reviewed)
Answering phone calls
General filing and office maintenance
Collecting mail and distributing
Maintain shop returns tracker
Ad hoc Fire / Health and Safety tasks
Support Director with requests when required
Further assistant to customer support team
Issue paperwork to the warehouse team for outgoing pallets
Maintain and order office stationery
Deal with complaints and returns notes
Salary: £9.00 – £13.00/hour DOE
