Temporary Ongoing Contract (Possibility to Lead to Permanent)
My client is a successful manufacturing organisation in the Blairgowrie area. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join them, initially this role will be on a temporary ongoing basis but there is an opportunity to lead to permanent employment for the right person.
Responsibilities will include:
Deal with customers
Book transport for dispatch orders
Raise dispatch paperwork
Liaise with internal departmentsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:
Previous administration experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
Confident communication skills, written and verbal
Good level IT skills including MS Word and Excel
Able to work in a fast paced and varied role
Good at prioritising and working to deadlines
