We are looking for a Software Support Analyst working with one of our clients based in Farnborough.
You will be required to work as part of a team supporting SaaS products for the aviation industry. Your role will be within the customer success team, and you will be logging, answering and managing support requests through to resolution.
You will need to have a good understanding of cloud software architecture and the ability to create SQL scripts and write software reports. Your daily role will revolve around handling issues via email, telephone, and portal, you will be responsible for liaising with the development team to escalate issues and to ensure issues are solved.
* Understanding of cloud-based SaaS products
* Ability to create reports with SSRS / PowerBI desirable
* Experience with Cloud Service Portals – Azure

Salary: £25000 – £30000/annum
