Placing Leaders are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Support Advisor to assist day-to-day general technical support/solutions for, but not limited to, our fabricators/installers, estimating department and sales team.
Understand and advise upon system manuals for curtain walling, windows and doors.
Assist up the front end with architects/specifiers/sales team to choose the correct products on their projects.
Attend meetings to discuss requirements as above and decide upon the most relevant and competitive system for project
Use system manuals to find answers for Customer, if the issue cannot be solved escalate to Head Office for support.
Working within a Technical team to handle customer requests via e‐mail or telephone.
Handle complex or difficult customer issues to achieve prompt resolution
Responsible for the management/co‐ordination of all assigned issues throughout the
support and remediation lifecycle including providing the Customer with timely and accurate updates.
Providing customers with product usage advice and guidance.
Ideally from a systems house background, with a similar role.
The successful candidate must have some knowledge of curtain walling, windows & doors and knowledge of Logikal software is preferable.
