Responsible for dealing with the administration of remedial complaints, including liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all necessary remedial work is completed to the customers satisfaction and in a timely manner, reviewing invoices and arranging recharges.
Dealing with after sales complaints
Establishing product faults
Ordering replacement parts and following up from suppliers
Recharging for works done
Recording details of remedial
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Capability to work to own initiative and within a team to achieve challenging targets
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
Taking ownership and responsibility for own workload
Willingness to learn
Able to travel within UK and to the HQ in Germany and flexible to work away from office when necessary
