Our client, a successful national company is seeking to recruit a Technical / Customer Support Administrator on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team and offers a pay rate of £98 per day. Parking available. The role is full time and will require some flexibility.
Day to day responsibilities include:
– Analysing existing technical records to to identify the appropriate services for customer sites
– Identifying potential issues and seeking to resolve these with minimum impact to customer
– Liaising and corresponding with a variety of internal departments
– Negotiating solutions
– Producing quotations
– Ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved.
– Ongoing quality checks
– Working with a number of internal systems ensuring they are accurately updated
– Providing excellent customer support
Candidates should have previous experience of administration in a customer focused environment and possess strong IT/systems knowledge including MS Office packages. Applicants should also possess good customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced role.
