REF 21860 – SERVICE MANAGER – COMMUNITY SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES ACROSS OXFORDSHIRE – £UP TO 35K PER ANNUM PLUS EXTENSIVE BENEFITS
Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative not for profit social enterprise that has operations across Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset, and Oxfordshire. This provider runs a variety of supported living services for individuals with a Learning Disability and Autism.
This provider is seeking a Service Manager to oversee its variety of supported living services across the Oxfordshire area.
The Service Manager in Oxfordshire will:
* Oversee several supported living services and services in the community
* Lead, motivate and coordinate an established staff team to deliver the very highest standards of care and support
* Ensure services are run in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements and in line with budget
* Build effective relationships with all external stakeholders including relative and local authorities
The Service Manager in Oxfordshire will need to demonstrate experience of:
* Working with individual’s with challenging behaviour and Learning Disabilities
* Leading care or support teams within these settings
* Deep understanding of CQC requirements and relevant legislation
* Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or be willing to work towards this
