Support Worker job in Boston supporting Adults with learning disabilities

Your new role
You will be working in an adult learning disability residential home in Boston. In this job you will be working with service users on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis promoting independence and assisting in their daily tasks. You will be working off of a care plan and be required to keep a log of all activities/occurrences during the session. The shifts for this role normally run 8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am, however there is flexibility around this to suit your current schedule.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be someone who is caring by nature with a passion for supporting others. You will have 6 months experience within a care role within the last two years. If any of your training has expired we can offer free training to boost your professional development.
