Stress Engineer – Competitive Salary – Hampshire
My client is an exciting and fast-growing Bespoke Machinery manufacturer. Due to continued success and an increasing workload, they are looking for a stress engineer to help within the mechanical engineering team.
Main Duties:
+ Performing stress analysis on mechanical assemblies
+ Adherence to company and international standards
+ Providing engineering insight by recommendation of technical/drawing changes
+ Support of design reviews
Skills and experience required:
+ Relevant qualifications and experience in mechanical engineering
+ Expert in Hand Calculations
+ Technical experience and knowledge of FEA
+ SC clearance or above desirable
+ Experience with BS2573 & BSN13001 regulatory standards
The salary will be negotiable depending on experience level, as they’re considering intermediate through to highly senior stress engineers. There will be a strong benefits package and relocation assistance on offer to match.
