Site Manager – Tier 1 Contractor – Manchester
Our client is one of the biggest names in Construction, they are multidisciplinary and in the North West operate in several sectors. They are currently seeking a strong Site Manager to join them on an urgent healthcare refurbishment scheme in Manchester.
The person needs to be a strong driver of site teams, able to organise and push the team to deliver a tough programme. After this project, our client has a very healthy pipeline of work secured in the Greater Manchester region for you to move on to.
Requirements
– Demonstratable experience in pushing/driving teams
– Experience as a No.1 Site Manager (working under a PM)
– Healthcare experience is ideal but not essential
– Refurbishment / Fit Out experience would be advantageous
Remuneration
– £45,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience
– Car Allowance
– Pension
– Healthcare
