Title- Site Manager
Hours- Monday – Friday (Apply online only), 1-hour unpaid lunch break
My client is well-established maintenance provider who are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a high-end prestigious site in Bristol.
*Providing leadership, management, and development of the Contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
*Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance is carried out to all client assets through operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
*Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract. Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.
*The successful candidate would be accountable for the hard services delivery on the Contract.
*This company currently provide Full Hard Services to Core Office sites across the country.
*The Candidate must have a proven track record of managing a P&L consisting of maintenance and project work.
*The candidate must have a detailed knowledge of the operation of a contract and be able to demonstrate ways in which a contract should be ran to maximise margin.
*The candidate must have strong people skills and be able to develop a strong succession plan along with being able to earn the trust and respect of their client.
*Provide leadership, and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
*Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.
*Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both the maintenance provider and supply partner’s activities and are regularly review.
*Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
*Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
*Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
*Promoting and maintaining the core Values.
*Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward.
*Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate.
*Directly accountable to the Account Manager.
*The post holder may have directly reporting staff.
