Site Manager – Full Time –

Site Manager – Tier 1 Contractor – Preston
  
Our client is one of the biggest names in Construction, they are multidisciplinary and in the North West operate in several sectors.  They are currently seeking a strong Site Manager to join them on a refurbishment scheme in Preston  

The successful candidate will be an “all rounder” of a Site Manager, who can lead the £2million scheme on their own, reporting and building a relationship with the client and reporting back to management.  After this project, our client has a very healthy pipeline of work secured in the Greater Manchester/North West region for you to move on to.  
  
Requirements
– Experience in refurbishment schemes is essential 
– Experience as a No.1 Site Manager on projects between £1m-£4m 
– Healthcare experience is ideal but not essential
  
Remuneration
– £45,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience 
– Car Allowance 
– Pension 
– Healthcare
