£9.50-10/hour, Basic Salary of £20-21K, with overtime you should earn circa £25-28K
Do you have construction site experience and are looking for an exciting position within a growing team, for a well-established business, offering extensive training and overtime?
There are opportunities for training and further career progression.
With overtime you should expect to earn £25K+ based on current staff earnings.
The role will be working in a team and the responsibilities will involve fitting all aspects of partition and panel framework including flashing’s, door systems, glazed vision panels .
Therefore tasks will include:
Remove existing and build new rooms and walls
Install equipment & structures for end users, main contractors in both commercial and industrial properties.
Manually assembling the main room structure with the aid of plant equipment,
Finishing tasks include cutting penetrations, installing coving and flashing’s with mitred joints, sealing with silicon, mastic and stelmax.
To apply for the position, you should have:
Valid CSCS Card
Full Driving license
Construction site experience
Ideally experience on installing panels or partitionsDue to the nature of this work you should be prepared to travel, work at height, work away from home and carry out physical work.
The salary can be increased through overtime significantly.Overall earnings should be £25k+
40 Hours/week plus extensive overtime
