Site Agent / Project Manager – Full Time –

The Role:

The Site Agent/Project Manager will plan, prgramme and deliver schemes within the highways framework in the Greater Manchester Area.

* When Schemes are awarded the Site Agent/Project Manager will meet with client to approve programmes and cost against the requirement

* Plan and programme works for schemes

* Regularly review and update plans and programmes as needed

* Regularly meet with client for updates and progress reporting

* Put together Health and Safety plans

* Produce construction phase plans

* Meet with supervisors on site to review progress and ensure programme is being delivered in-line with client specification

* Conducting site safety audits

* Able to confidently plan and programme works

* Able to deliver schemes

* Strong IT and back office skill

* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal

* Experience working in Highways and Major Carriageway

* Knowledge of H.E processes and procedures

* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety

* Able to work within the Greater Manchester Region

Essential:

* CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid

* Full UK Clean Driving License

Salary: £52000 – £55000/annum Car or Allowance + Package
