About the role


Reporting directly into the Commercial Director Beverage UK&I, the SEUM Cluster lead will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of strategic growth accounts and play a key role in the delivery of our EUM strategy in the UK&I.


This role is predominately home based but will require occasional travel to various sites around the UK. 

Key responsibilities


The delivery of account specific growth plans

Budget development, forecasting and liaison with EUM and financial teams responsible for budget delivery.

This will be achieved through a combination of driving existing customer growth, protecting our core business, expanding our range into existing customers and driving forward the customer acquisition strategy within the refreshing beverage EUM

Qualifications and skills


Working knowledge of the beverage Market

A history of growth results in the commercial environment

Ability to work at pace in an enterprise management environment

Ability to manage many stakeholders through excellent communication skills

Entrepreneurial in approach to work to deliver creative growth strategies and the ability to lead out execution of the plan

An interest in food & beverage is essential
