A healthcare provider in Northampton is seeking an experienced, inclusive and supportive Senior Staff Nurse, and the role comes with a competitive salary of up to £20 per hour working full-time on 36,42 or 48 hour weeks.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be working for a brand new specialist rehabilitation mental health service in Northampton, in a regional provider with an excellent reputation and a collaborative team. The unit is a dedicated mental health rehabilitation service that provides the highest level of care for people with enduring and complex mental health problems. The purpose-built facility is also available to people in the community, requiring additional daycare support.
If you were currently doing this job, here are some things you would have been occupied with:
Assessed clients’ needs, planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based nursing care daily
Provided healthcare advice through educating patients, carers and families
Carried out clinical nursing procedures
You will work with and support the Unit Manager and Deputy Manager in ensuring the effective management of the overall 24-hour service.
