Vacancy: Senior Site Manager
Location: Camberley
Projects: £35 Million Residential apartment
Our client who is a large residential contractor based in Surrey in recent weeks have secured several high-profile projects across Surrey & Hampshire. This has sparked recruitment drive within the business & are currently looking to interview Senior Site Managers in the next coming weeks.
This contractor has negotiated a new £35 Million residential block, the structure will be RC frame over 7 storeys high & will include gymnasium, retail units & underground car parking. This contract will commence late quarter 1 of 2020 & will run until late 2021 with further works within this region.
Position:
As Senior Site Manager you will have first-hand experience working on projects circa £20 million that include low to medium rise residential apartment blocks. You will have RC frame experience & will be either a project manager that has managed smaller projects or you would have been a part of a large team on larger projects. You will be ideally located within an hour drive of Camberley & willing to work within the Surrey, West London Market.
On site you will report directly into a Project Director & will be responsible for several site manager & junior management. You will be involved all aspects of the construction process from assisting with design, procurement, site set up & delivery to final handover.
