Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a project in Woolwich.
The development consists of 156 units, RC Frame total value £45m. You will have two project quantity surveyors reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commerical.
Our client is seeking applicatants who have commercially lead large RC frame developments in excess of £40m.
In return our client is offering £70k – £80k (basic) + full package and bonus system.
Salary: £70000 – £80000/annum
