DallasWylde are recruiting for one of our long standing 5 star housebuilder clients to recruit a Senior Surveyor to join an established and loyal team in Buckinghamshire.
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior QS with a minimum of 5 years experience working for a housebuilder. Some one who is used to running their own developments and be a strong negotiator.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for preparing, managing and controlling all site development costs and budgets.

Skills & Qualifications
* Surveying degree or equivalent
* A minimum of 5 years experience as a housebuilding surveyor
* Good construction knowledge
* Good measurement skills
* IT literate, particulalry the use of Excel and Sitestream
* Good time management
* Good communication skills
* A Team player
* Honest and willing to learn.
Salary: £70000 – £80000/annum
