Senior Project Manager – £50 Million RC Frame Residential – Top 10 Main Contractor
Henry Martin are working with one of the most highly respected, financially secure Main Contractors in the market. Our search is to secure a trusted & results proven Senior Project Manager.
Our client are a renowned as a leader within the market. They operate across both public & private sector works, with project values ranging between £20Mil – £100Mil+.They heavily invest in the future of the business, staff training and professional development and have very high staff retention.
The initial project to is a £50Mil residential scheme, with a high-profile client in W London.
As the construction Senior Project Manager, you will assist with the pre-construction, planning & design works before the scheme gets to site. You will then take the scheme to site and lead the delivery team, reporting into the Construction Director.
Your background will include a strong track record of delivering successful £20Mil+ mixed sector schemes. Your drive, leadership qualities and commitment to deliver quality will be some of your key attributes. You will have either a construction related degree and/or a trade background.
