Package: £70,000 – £90,000 Basic + Package
Our client is a highly regarded House Builder based in Surrey. They are looking for a Senior Land Manager who is wanting to work in a very busy and very successful land department, covering the patch of Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire (potential to push slightly out of these areas too) and whom wishes to become a Head of Land within 12 months.
As the Senior Land Manager, you will be working very closely with the Land Director, assisting with the purchasing and progressing of sites. This will give you the opportunity to make the career step up to Head of Land, when the Land Director is in a position to leave full day to day running to you and they focus on the strategic side (which they are keen to push).
The sites will vary in size but will start at 100 units and will be a mix of houses and apartments.
Due to the nature of the Senior Land Manager / Head of Land position and the level of skills required, you MUST already be a Senior Land Manager / Head of Land within a the residential/house building market with a tract record in securing land within the patch and project size mentioned.
In addition to this, the Land department are a very hard working group, however, they do keep the humour going and this is a key part to the success of the department. This ISN’T a work hard /play hard bunch, but more the job is hard enough so lets enjoy it along the way.
