After an exciting 6 months in building our new KCS International Brand and Team we are delighted to advertise for a new support coordinator to join our customer experience & Sales team. A key part of our international team, based in the UK at Aylesford.
The International Sales Support coordinator will work within a central team of sales and order coordinators led by our Sales Support Supervisor to ensure that the KCS International (KCSI) sales team are provided with daily assistance in customer quotes, orders and processes.
A mixture of customer interaction, internal colleague support, administration and reporting are a typical set of activities that the role will fulfil to ensure our customers benefit from a world class experience with KCS. Prompt turnaround of quotes and query resolution will make us more efficient in our goals for revenue growth globally.
