Their strong marketing department and general branding means the are inundated with new leads.
Character profile for the Sales Manager role:
They are looking for intelligent, articulate and driven individuals, a degree qualification would be beneficial but not essential. They look for punchy and extrovert individuals, natural leaders with out-going and exuberant personalities. You MUST have a proven track record in Sales Negotiation at a senior level, and a proven track record with valuing.
Package for the Sales Manager role:
Commission: % of the office banking’s (% negotiable dependant on entry level)
Basic: up to £30k
Guarantee: £60k for up to 6 months
OTE: £60k+ (1st year), £70k+ (2nd year)
Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-4pm (1 in 3 or 4 Saturdays)
Salary: £50000 – £60000/annum Company Car or Car allowance
