Are you an experienced Sales Administrator? Can you work accurately whilst working under pressure? Do you have extensive experience of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook? If yes, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
Our client is not only a market leader in their field, but they are also growing year on year and looking to expand their current sales administration team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be working as a part of a team of 3 to provide support to the Sales, Service and Applications Teams in growing and maintaining excellent customer service. Being able to work as a part of a team is critical for this position.
Duties will include:
Providing quotations and ensuring the quotations are added to the CRM system
Follow up on service contract and one-off service quotations
Email customers to advise them that products are ready to be installed and answer any installation queries the customer may have
Book shipments for repairs (both to and from customers) and installations
Raise invoices, credit notes and statements
Chase overdue customer payments
Respond to customer/supplier information requests
Provide quarterly product sales information to external supplier compliance
Assist Operations Manager with Holiday & Absence diary
Assist Operations Manager with Health & Safety administrationExperience of using MS Dynamics or other electronic database and Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage but is not essential.
The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills, be a natural problem solver, friendly and self-motivated.
