Retail group looking for a stores focused Operations Director to come on board and spearhead the development & expansion of its luxury fashion portfolio.
As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
* Strategic brand development & the business planning process
* Delivering budget P&L
* Team-building, organisational development and succession planning
* Conducting a brand performance review
* Overseeing the Retail Property strategy
To be successful, you should have strong commercial retail experience in the fashion industry. You will have a track record which clearly demonstrates your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and manage clearly & effectively.
