We are a well respected child care company which provides residential care to young people between the ages of 11 – 25 years.
All of our children and young people are really complex and will test your patience, stamina and resilience. But each and every one have their own qualities and the potential to go far with the right support and help.
We are recruiting at the moment and need Project Workers, Senior Support Workers and Night Care Officers to help with our expansion. You will need to be ready to work shifts, weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis. This will include sleeping in.
You will need to be a team player and have some experience of working with children or young adults in a residential setting. Ideally we would like you to be NVQ / QCF qualified. If you are not, we can help with that as we are a City and Guilds Approved Centre.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
To have some experience of working within care sector or ideally NVQ/QCF. To understand the needs and support required for dealing with difficult and challenging behaviours.
We have an excellent reputation with Local Authority both local and throughout the UK.
Our Training Centre which is a recognised City & Guilds Assessment Centre provides high quality training for our in house staff and with external providers. You will be automatically enrolled on QCF if you don’t possess a qualification following successful completion of your probationary period.
