My client is looking to recruit an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor to work for association based in Dorset predominantly Bournemouth & Poole. This will be on a permanent basis offering a salary of £36,600 + Company Van.

You will be required to manage, motivate, and guide the team of trade engineers and subcontracts to ensure an excellent delivery and quality response repairs, voids, planned, cyclical works and maintenance service. The successful candidate will have previous experience working for a housing association, a main contractor or private sector.

You will be required to:
* Lead and manage operational trade staff and subcontractors
* Carry out pre and post inspections
* Ensure that the operatives work within guidelines of the organisation
* Ensure full compliance and health and safety requirements are followed
* Work towards and meet pre-agreed KPI targets
