The Role – Sales Specialist, Aesthetic Treatments Capital Equipment

Following expansion, this market leading Aesthetics Treatments Equipment Manufacturer seeks to recruit a customer facing and commercially aware Sales Consultant, responsible for managing all accounts and developing new business within the extremely lucrative Midlands territory.  

Full responsibilities include:

Proactively generate and follow up leads to achieve sales goals.

Identify new business opportunities & take market share from competitors.

Differentiate from the competition by delivering unique & innovative solutions.

Strategically promote and sell products to meet our customers’ needs.  

Build & maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.

Collaborate with marketing to develop UK specific sales strategies to maximize company footprint.

Identify, plan & deliver on territory specific objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales.

Provide 1st class customer service throughout sales cycle to ensure the customer is satisfied for Life.

Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales.

Your Background – Sales Specialist, Aesthetic Treatments Capital Equipment

Suitable candidates for this exciting role will need to have a background in the aesthetic treatments industry, and wish to step into a sales role, or already be an experienced sales professional, either from the industry or an associated equipment sector, such as medical devices.   

Full requirements include:

Experience and exposure to sales negotiation and business development including territory planning, customer management and lead generation and conversion.

A previous track record of exceptional performance within sales.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.

Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.

Must be energetic, driven, success orientated and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a successful team with a desire & passion to win.

Excellent oral, written and IT communication skills. · Must reside within specified sales territory.
