Full time, temporary on-going contract
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a large outsourcer – they work with a wide range of well known businesses and campaigns. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their existing team. This is a work from home based role and our client will provide all equipment necessary for the role.
Providing full administrative support on a wide range of recruitment campaigns.
Inputting large volumes of data in order to process candidates through on boarding and generating employment/login details.
Supporting with document verification and collate the correct and required documentation needed for employment purposes.
Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems.
Working with and alongside internal colleagues as well ell as their chosen recruitment partners.
Assisting with general ad-hoc administration when required.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous Recruitment or HR Admin experience or have a large background in data entry.
A stability and tenure within previous job roles.
Flexibility – we work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
Ability to working autonomously and to your own initiative
Have strong IT skills – proficient in MS Packages and ability and comfort learning new systems
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and tight time frames.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible when needed to support with urgent recruitment projects but you will typically work the following:
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week
£10.26 per hour – paid weekly, every Friday
£20,000 per annum equivalent
