Quality Systems Coordinator – Construction Company
Our client requires a Quality Systems Coordinator with experience of the construction industry to help maintain and improve their Quality Management System. This market leading business that can offer a career path for the right candidate along with an excellent salary and benefits package.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
Assist with internal & external audits in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 yearly schedule
Organise and maintain management system documentation
Working together with the Quality Systems Manager writing company procedures related to different departments
Setting up new supplier, subcontractors & consultants on our internal database
Deliver inductions to new and current staff on ISO processes
Participate in ISO team meetings and reviews.
Coordinate the NCR Process (raising & closing out of NCR’s)
Making sure photos of relevant processes are being taken across projects in accordance with technical specifications
Coordinate relevant drawing numbers and other documentation to assist with critical factory checks
Updating and maintaining certification on to personnel files & our internal database
The ideal Quality Systems Coordinator will have:
A minimum of two years’ experience working with quality management systems.
Experience of working within the construction industry
Ideally ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certified.
Training / familiarity with ISO
Be computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
A high standard of numeracy and communication skills
Can work well under pressure
