Our Client is looking for a Purchase and Sales Ledger Administrator, to join their friendly growing team in Swindon. The role is full time Monday to Friday 9:00am untill 5:30pm at £9.00 per hour.
Key responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Administrator:
* Liaising with suppliers
* Inputting data to Xero software and making sure all information is accurate
* Keeping Schedulers system up to date
* Investigating any data discrepancies and making corrections
* Creating and assisting with client invoicing
* Processing Supplier invoices
* Reconciling statements
* Assisting with VAT Returns
* Double check supplier invoices are correct
* Assisting with general finance queries.
* Relationship building with suppliers and clients
C&D are acting a recruitment business in relation to this role
