This particular project consists of 34 luxury apartments in an elegant development. After this development finishes there is another 75 high end residential scheme nearby too.
Our client is a specialist residential developer who work on the most sought-after residential developments and hotels in the UK. They have recently been awarded several new and exciting projects.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Project Manager with experience working on either high-end residential projects or hotel projects with values of around £10m-£15m, to help lead the construction side of the business and be responsible for the delivery of these projects. Your core responsibilities will be to work alongside the Construction Manager on a high-end project overseeing the full design coordination and helping deal with the supply chain.
This Project Manager will be given a clear path for progression and due to the excellent pipeline, there will be plenty of opportunities to soon be running your own projects from inception through to completion.

The role of the Project Manager
Reporting into the Senior Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Liaising with the consultant design teams to deliver the tender and construction drawings in line with the construction and procurement programs
Issue subcontractors and consultants with all information, drawings, and packages
Leading the technical aspect of the project.
Liaising closely with the project engineer and production team.
Managing the design process from start to completion of the
Ensuring building works stay in line with initial design and planning regulations. To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to possess the following:

5+ years’ experience with a high-end contractor
Previous high-end residential/hotel experience
3rd level education in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
Experience managing the various fit-out packages of a bespoke development
Strong management and communication skills
Ambition to progress internally within the business Salary details

£65k-£75k depending on experience – The client is happy to pay the higher end of the scale for the right candidate!
Excellent bonuses in place if specific targets are hit
