Project Manager – Barrow in Furness – Competitive Salary + Benefits – Permanent
My client delivers a hard Facilities Management contract and associated package of project works to an interesting, demanding and complex facility in Barrow in Furness and is looking for a Project Manager to deliver individual or multiple building services related new works projects on a demanding and complex facility.
As a natural leader who has experience of Project Management within the building services or facilities management sectors you will work with the client and the Account Management team and prepare detailed and accurate specification briefs, manage quotation submissions to gain client approval, prepare budget costs and ongoing budgetary controls and appoint and manage consultants, and specialist subcontracted services as required.
With knowledge and experience of CDM Regulations you will also ensure that all project work undertaken is managed in accordance with in-house SOPs and Health & Safety Regulations.
With proven budget management experience, you will have a background in mechanical or electrical disciplines and possess operational and technical expertise as required.
For the purposes of security clearance please note that you MUST be a British National and cannot have worked outside of the UK within the last 10 years.
