We are currently recruiting for two major programmes of work in the South West. Our client requires candidates with a proven background in planning and project controls from a range of industries within infrastructure and engineering. The projects are based over two locations.
Typical duties will include:
Producing project plans in Primavera P6, plans are resource and cost loaded.
Producing monthly reports to work with a Clients reporting cycle.
Setup/ attend/ chair progress update meetings.
Ensure plans adhere to forms of contract and meet the correct submission dates.
Suitable candidates will require a proven background in planning from an infrastructure, defence or engineering background. Ideally, you will use Primavera P6 but other planning software is accepted. A working knowledge of Earned Value is advantageous. A good level of understanding of commercial forms of contract, excellent communication skills and a drive/ passion for planning are essential.
