This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, busy team based in the lovely town of Southam, Warwickshire. Free on-site parking is available.
9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Managing cost analysis software to track costs and expenses
* Ensuring site personnel are working to alloted schedules to complete each job
* Raising concerns direct with site personnel if scheduled time is exceeded
* Occasionally visiting other offices within the UK for face-to-face meetings
* Updating clients on project status in a professional manner
* Producing costs analysis reports for the Directors on a weekly and monthly basis
* Ad hoc duties to support the wider team
About You:
* Confident individual with the ability to work on their own initiative
* Experienced in using Word, Excel and Outlook
* Abilitiy to ‘comon sense’ check trends and figures
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-assured approach to resolving issues
* Full, clean driving license
