This is the challenge you’ve been waiting for.

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. Our vision is to be recognised as a provider of a world-class service for the protection of nuclear material and facilities. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed professionals. As Programme Assurance Manager, you’ll have experience and excellent knowledge of managing change within the workplace.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to drive through change and transformation to achieve our aspirations. Working in a close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for assuring the CNC Board and Executive that our change programmes and strategy are managed and delivered effectively. It takes influence and conviction to ensure the right level of rigour is applied to our change portfolio in this complex management environment. For you, this is the challenge you’ve been looking for.

We need an innovative and proactive self starter with experience of programme, benefit and portfolio management. You’re a strategic thinker who is confident at articulating the need for assurance and its impact on organisations and their stakeholders. You’ll also have or be working towards a relevant qualification (MoP, MSP, APMP or Prince2). Most of all, you’ll be looking to develop your career at a strategic level with plenty of support.
