We are recruiting for a charity based in Windsor, Berkshire and they are seeking a Programme and Events Coordinator – residential and online to join them to coordinate and manage their programmes and events. The role involves handling all aspects of event management, from initial planning and administration through to logistics and on-site delivery.
Salary £24,500 per annum dependant on skills and experience

Office hours are 9.00-5.00 with local overnight stays in blocks of 2 – 4 nights totalling approximately 35 nights spread over the year.

Duties include:

Managing the online application process and supporting the Sales team by chasing outstanding applicants
Sending pre- and post-programme information to participants, including programme packs and post-event feedback
Liaising with speakers, Chairs and Facilitators
Attending briefing meetings as required
Managing venue relations and bookings
Attending and managing programmes and events, both online and residential, including ensuring all necessary equipment and needs are provided
Managing the programme delivery team’s administrative support, including updating the team’s Sharepoint folders and making sure all deadlines are recorded appropriately
Ensure sufficient provision of programme stationery and speaker/team gifts.
Record and produce reports for the programme delivery team where required
Supporting the CRM Manager in maintaining the CRM database (Salesforce)
Skills and experience

Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to apply them to multiple events and prioritise when necessary
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently approach and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and methodical working
Experience of managing self in a team context and ability to develop strong relationships
Being proactive as well as reactive
Being able to critically review and manage data
MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Adobe
Competence in online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams etc.)
Competent use of a CRM
Events administration experience
Experience of our CRM, Salesforce, and SharePoint
