Production Planner / Automotive / Contract
I am working with an industry leading Automotive business, based in the Liverpool area, who are looking for a Production Planner to join their expanding Supply Chain team. The business are going through growth and can offer the successful applicant significant opportunities to progress.
THE ROLE
Plan production in support of customer demand and in line with stock holding policies.
Develop a site capacity plan.
Drive customer requirements.
Develop and maintain plan v actual measurements.
Making decisions and troubleshooting.
Basic SAP
Develop and maintain plan v actual measurement.
Lead activity to reduce number of change overs.
THE PERSON
This role is suited to a Production Planner from a fast paced manufacturing background.
Experience within a fast paced manufacturing environments (Ideally automotive – not essential)
Good understanding of MRP.
Good with numbers
Competent on Excel
Confident – Ability to deal with people at all levels
Be focused on improvements to efficiencies.
