Role overview:

Edukey Education Ltd is a Fishguard based education software company who provide software as a service to schools throughout the UK and the rest of the world. We are an award winning company and our software makes a real impact in schools, we are growing very quickly (from 5 staff in 2013 to 50+ in 2018) and have exciting employment opportunities available.
This position is for a dedicated and reliable member of staff to join our team as a product specialist with excellent future opportunities in the business.

Key role responsibilities:

Demonstrating our software suite to both UK and international schools.
Achieving targets and KPI’s as set by the line manager
Training users of our software and offering further support and maintaining contact with our clients and building positive relationships with them.
There will also be a requirement to visit clients to conduct both on-site demonstrations and staff training.
Attend exhibits/shows across the UK as part of a team.
Dealing with enquires from colleagues and customers in a professional manner, following established procedures, referring complex enquires to relevant staff members, ensuring all relevant facts and information needed is recorded and passed on.
Ensure that an understanding of the importance of confidentiality is applied when undertaking all duties.Education and experience requirements:

Excellent ICT skills
Ability to deal with customers and other employees in a professional manner
Excellent telephone manner
Willing to learn and work with others
Excellent literacy skills
Ability to present yourself to customer in friendly & confident manner
Ability to work under pressure
Self motivated
Experience with using MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel skill
