We have a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is proficient in using bespoke systems and Microsoft packages to join our small and fast paced team at Vanarama on a 6 month fixed term contract as a Pricing and Stock Administrator.
The Pricing and Stock Administrator will be required to accurately process and load vehicle stock units into our Stockviewer system and to update our inventory, as well as update and check our funder special offers to allow new vehicle pricing and orders to progress through our Customer Relationship Manager system (CRM).
A particular focus will be on ensuring accuracy and speed in order that we support achieving the business delivery and new order targets and avoid rework and customer disappointment. You will be required to accurately process, and load new vehicle orders allocated to your work queue through the CRM.
You must be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Power Point with the ability to create and maintain appropriate documents & spread sheets. The ability to work under pressure is important, you must be highly organised and have a ‘can do’ attitude!
