We are currently looking for an experienced Press Operator to join our expanding business in Worcester. Duties will include (but not be limited to):

Operating 8 colour Uteco Press
Ensure that print operations are carried out and controlled using appropriate validated procedures and processes
Develop and maintain effective working relationships and communications between manufacturing staff and other departments
Actioning and correcting any print problems, during the print process
Using quality system to verify jobs specification prior to producing job
Responsible for passing and signing off jobs against defined quality standards
To complete all QC checks and complete associated paperwork to BRC requirements
To set up new print runs as efficiently and quickly as possible
To wash down the finished print run as efficiently and quickly as possible
To supervise the print assistant
To ensure that the machine and surrounding area is kept clean and safe as per BRC guidelines
To notify management of any queries/issues relating to print designs
To adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety as per BRC regulations
Any other duties commensurate with the role, as necessary
 
This role will be working a continental shift.
