We have a new Temporary vacancy based in Coventry for a Payroll Coordinator based at our tier 1 automotive client based in Coventry, West Midlands
Ensure payroll for staff and plant is accurate and timely Reports compiled and sent to finance teams Payments made to employees and HMRC on time P11D Preparation Support plant HR teams/controllers with payroll data support when required Monthly deadlines for collation/input& payment are met Subsequent payments for tax, NI, pension and other deductions are made by due date Ensure EY external audit requests are responded to & resolved in a timely manner Quarterly monitoring support to UK plants in area of payroll.
Internal SOX or FQA responsibilities and queries are carried out and resolved Payroll checks
The ideal candidate will have experience with:-
Working within a busy payroll department
Strong communication skills Payroll software knowledge, ideally ADP
Ideally have working within a fast paced manufacturing or logistics environment
Up to date knowledge of legislation and reconciliation experience
This role requires someone who can start immediately although the role is temp this may become permanent for the right candidate
