Part Time Office Administrator
To start straight away
Must have good Excel and Outlook knowledge.
Organise and manage all incoming post, scan documents and save into folders.
Manage between 40-100 incoming emails daily and save into relevant folders for different departments.
Identify urgent customer enquiries and liaise with colleagues to be actioned.
Log information into spreadsheets using Excel.
Ad hoc administration support.
Full training will be given.
Salary: £8.91 – £9.50/hour
