We are currently working with a large charity in the Derby area who are seeking a switched on payroll coordinator to sit within their People Support team and be responsible for delivering a high quality and consistent HR, Recruitment and Payroll Administration service.
Key duties will be Processing of all payroll related employee changes on iTrent including new starters, leavers, court orders and sickness. This role will be responsible for supporting the monthly processing of MHA payrolls, ensuring that hours are downloaded from the Time and Attendance system correctly.
Responding to general payroll enquiries from Managers and employees in a timely manner, supporting the monthly sickness absence processing task and working closely with the HR Adviser team in respect of payroll requests that require specific HR advice or information in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have strong payroll processing experience and will be keen to learn and develop their payroll career.
This is a part time role to work 25 hours a week (flexibility in the set up of this)
This role will be temporarily remote with long term flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week.
